GRATITUDE BEVERAGE PROGRAM

Beverage Director Jason Eisner brings 13 years of bartending experience to Gratitude, overseeing a menu that spotlights small-batch spirits and showcases organic beer and wine. Like the restaurant, which places an emphasis on seasonality and freshly sourced ingredients, Eisner's cocktails are prepared with local produce and housemade syrups, shrubs, tinctures, and bitters, a testament to his philosophy to never cut corners. Prior to Gratitude, Eisner worked with world-renowned Los Angeles bartender Jaymee Mandeville at Drago Centro in downtown Los Angeles and has held managerial positions at an array of New York bars, including Bubby's in Tribeca, Jerry's in Chelsea, and the Film Center Café in Hell's Kitchen. Eisner is also the award-winning Beverage Director of Gratitude’s sister restaurant Gracias Madre in West Hollywood, where he was named Eater’s LA Bartender of the Year 2016.
